Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VIEVE products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the contents are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
